John 14: 6 ... inspired by clouds of incense capturing the rays of sun filtered through a stained-glass church window - the roiling and reaching as one seeks the light. While this image lurked in the back of my mind for years, this inspiration quickly came to canvas when the spark hit, sitting in that church pew. Perhaps appropriately, it was donated for a charity auction for St Anne's parochial school in South Carolina.
